Palm Springs Mazda at 69200 East Palm Canyon Drive, Cathedral City, California.

I was called for a recall.after communicating with them on and off since once, they did not have the part ,then i was on vacation,finally i went there at a 11 o'clock appointment.i also asked for a check(since i was there) on the drivers seat (lumbar problem) and my lamp on the overhead console.TIME TO FIX WAS GIVEN 4 HOURS????
i said with out the above extra checks , how long it will take for the recall ??
time GIVEN ESTIMATE WAS 2 HOURS??

Well guys probably you don't know that we are not all retired in the desert and we can not spend 4 or lets say 2 hours waiting.
i fixed the overhead console light in my house .time taken 15 minutes max
Check driver seat on my own .time taken 25 minutes.
That s the main reason i do not go there not even for oil change.
And of course i will not go ever.
By the way i have three cars one Chevy ,one Hyundai and my Mazda i6.
In the other dealerships they are really fast .
Sorry guys (TIM)you lost me as a client and i am not buying again Mazda.
