Celebrity Consignments at 67777 East Palm Canyon Drive, Cathedral City, California.

I took in a quality beaver fur coat that was in perfect condition for consignment. Brenda was so nice and accommodating. A few weeks later I returned to ask if there was any interest in the coat. She was so rude and dismissed me and said " I don't watch my customers so I have no idea" .
My contract stated that I could pick the coat up on Dec. 30. So I went in the store on that day. Brenda was friendly this time and I had no trouble getting my coat.
Inspecting the coat I saw the satin lining had pulled away from the collar and there is now a small tear in that spot. It will need repair
I will never take anything to this store again for consignment nor will I shop there.
I'm disappointed because I used to enjoy shopping there and now the store and my experience there leaves a "bad taste in my mouth".
